The rooms were big and clean, but

the lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult at times. The tour guide was friendly and informative, which added some value to our experience. However, there are improvements needed in staff training to enhance guest services.

caracol plaza has a lovely large outdoor pool that’s ideal for relaxation. the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished. the hotel is close to the beach, making it perfect for soaking up the sun. one highlight was the gym, which was a great perk during my stay.

Clean room, good location

The pizza at Benditos Ristorante was pure heaven, a cheesy delight that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the vibrant Zicatela beach is just a hop away, perfect for lounging under the sun. Kudos to the friendly staff who were always ready to help.

Now, the room had its quirks, no wifi, and crickets serenading us at night! Breakfast was a letdown—seriously, where’s the bread? Seems like the hotel might be tightening the purse strings.

The outdoor swimming pool was a delight, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun after a morning at the beach! I loved my Standard Room with an ocean view. waking up to that breathtaking scenery was a game changer. Plus, the vibrant vibe of the nearby beach was just steps away, making it all the more exciting!

Big clean rooms with air conditioning and a safety deposit box. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to chill with sun loungers. Staff was friendly but mostly spoke Spanish. The location was good for exploring nearby beaches. Breakfast options were limited, but the fruit was fresh. Just a bit of a hike to the best areas.

The ocean front room we switched to offered breathtaking views that were unforgettable. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our check-in and helped with our room change. The property had a nice garden view that was pleasant to walk through each morning, really added to the experience.

However, the lack of consistent amenities, like drinking water and reliable Wi-fi, was disappointing.

The staff was friendly though no one spoke English! The tour guide was helpful, really knew his stuff. He had a detailed knowledge of everything, made it easy to plan our days.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but was still acceptable.

It was just an optimal selection for a brief stopover in Puerto Escondido with decent value for money. The constant noise from the highway and nearby nightlife made it difficult to sleep at times, but I enjoyed the occasional warm shower. Just be mindful of the noise level when planning to rest.
